How the report inbox works
Keep the workflow simple enough for every local or remote agent to follow:
Connect a project folder
Create or sync a Project in Agent Inbox, then bind a folder that contains your Markdown reports.
Let agents write reports
Codex, OpenClaw, scripts, or webhook ingress write Markdown with report frontmatter into the folder.
Review the inbox
Use the Mac sidebar or mobile Projects tab to inspect unread, needs-review, failed, stream, and decision views.
Write decisions back
Approve, reject, or mark reviewed. Decision Markdown is saved beside the project for agents to consume later.
Report protocol
YAML frontmatter captures project, stream, source, agent, status, priority, created date, and related report IDs.
Review states
